BAGUETTE TRAYS

Our professional baguette trays support even baking results and a consistent baguette shape. Different dimensions, row configurations and designs allow bakeries and industrial producers to select the right tray for their process.

Depending on the application, we manufacture baguette trays from high-quality aluminium or stainless steel. Their robust construction ensures a long service life and reliable performance in daily production.

Typical versions are made from 1.15 mm aluminium sheet with 1.8 mm perforations. Other material thicknesses, perforations and custom dimensions are available on request.

For improved release properties, the baguette trays can be supplied with a silicone or PTFE coating.
